Important note about data processing and Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. In the event that the data controller of this website resides in a country outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the processing of data from Google Analytics is carried out through Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited will henceforth be referred to as “Google”.

Google Analytics uses the so-called “Cookies”, text files that are stored on the visitor’s device on the page and that enable an analysis of the use of the visitor’s website. The information generated by the Cookie about the use of this website (including the accurate IP address) is usually transmitted and stored by Google.

Google Analytics is used on this website only with the extension “‘anonymizeIp()”. This extension ensures the anonymization of the IP address by shortening and excludes any direct personal reference. Through the extension, the visitor’s IP address is previously reduced by Google within the member countries of the European Union or in other countries part of the agreement of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the complete IP address is sent to a Google server in the US and, once there, it is reduced. The IP address transmitted by the corresponding browser, within the framework of Google Analytics actions, is not combined with other Google data.

On behalf of the owner of the page, Google will use the information generated to analyze the use of the page, make reports on the activities of the website and to perform other services related to the use of the Internet or the website by the owner of the page (Art. 6 apart. 1 letter f RGPD). The legitimate interest of data processing lies in the optimization of the website, the analysis of the use of the website and the adaptation of the content. The interests of the user are adequately guaranteed by pseudomining their data.

Google LLC guarantees the maintenance of an adequate level of data protection based on standard European contractual clauses. The information sent and linked to Google Analytics cookies, for example, user IDs or advertising identifiers, will be automatically deleted after 50 months. The deletion of the data that reaches its retention period is carried out automatically once a month.

The visitor of the website can reject the use of cookies by configuring the settings corresponding to your browser. In addition, the visitor can prevent the collection of information through cookies (including their IP address) and their processing by downloading and installing the following plugin in their browser: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

The visitor of the page can disable the use of data from Google Analytics by clicking on this link. A cookie is set by GDPR Cookie Consent plugin and is used to store whether or not user has consented to the use of cookies.

More information about the use of data by Google, the configuration and cancellation options can be found in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=es), as well as in the Google Advertising Settings (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated).

Only in some exceptional cases will IP addresses be transmitted to the Google server in the United States for encryption. On behalf of the owner of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the service by users. The IP address transmitted by reCAPTCHA will be kept separate from other Google data. Google’s privacy policy is valid for this data.
